TYPICAL COST

Generally all the items normally in a Building Contract are included with the exception of site works outside the building area; cost of land; demolition; legal and professional fees; loose furniture, fittings and (operating/manufacturing) equipment (except where noted); Value Added Tax (VAT) and specific site requirements. In addition, due to the volatility of the exchange rates of the Rupiah to foreign currencies at the time of preparation of these costs, an exchange rate has had to be assumed (as noted below) upon which the construction costs set out below are predicated.

  • The above mentioned costs are based upon the following exchange rate :
    US$ 1,00 = Rp. 9.000.-
    Yen 1,00 = Rp. 100.-
These costs, prepared in January 2011, are typical of projects handle by Korra and may be used to establish broad budgetary targets. Individualprojects shoul be examined in more detail; Korra is qualified to project the likely cost of a specific development or construction, wherever it may located.
